A small percentage of whole bunch really opens the nose up here with aromatic florals and notes of spearmint lifting a black cherry liqueur core and winter spice. Great precision and harmony on the palate already, then terrific length in an approachable Villages bottling. This will age with much grace. (Mr.Wheeler tasting note)
