More citrus dominates on the nose, just a hint of lemon curd. On the palate superb balance between creamy texture, plenty of citrus, perhaps a hint of pineapple and some fennel. Extremely subtle.... Great line of acidity running through and on to the long finish which is beautifully mineral. Gorgeous - very saline finish on the second tasting. (Mr.Wheeler tasting note)
