“The 2021 Chablis Les Fourneaux ler Cru has a superb bouquet with scents of dried honey, wax resin and flinty aromas, powerful and very well focused. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, taut and fresh, lovely salinity lending tension and persistence on the finish. As good a Fourneaux as you will find. ” Drink 2024-2040. 93-95 pts., Neal Martin, vinous.com

Côte de Pre-Girots. Pale lemon colour, the bouquet is not quite so fine as Vaillons but has class nonetheless. Fresh crisp white fruit with just a few mirabelles showing alongside. A softer finish but still with some clean kimmeridgian touches to finish. Indeed, the finish as well as being long has the classical style of Chablis [01/06/2022]

Delivery
We generally use specialised fine wine delivery couriers rather than standard couriers, giving a much higher level of care and accuracy in delivering fine wines safely to you. Wines can be delivered duty-paid to UK addresses upon payment of the required duty, VAT, delivery and storage charges (if applicable). Duty and VAT are as set by HMRC at the time of delivery. Delivery charges are based on number of cases to be delivered and are standard for all UK addresses except highlands and islands. Please ask for a quotation for highlands and islands, transfers to another bonded warehouse and for international transfers.
Please read our Delivery page for more details.
