There is much to be enjoyed in this year's releases, not least of all, stable pricing!
Seductive, vibrant, lively, crunchy, charming... The descriptors in our notes paint a very positive picture of the vintage indeed - for those producers that made the cut, at the end of our rigorous selection process.

"Not yet in bottle. This is significantly more backward. The nose in particular. But then this blend of Casse Tete and Murger de Monthelie is always the most profound. It shows in the density of ripe... orchard fruit on the palate, and the energy of the fruit at the finish. The vin de garde among the Meursaults. Drink from 2029-2035. Tasted Dec 2024." 92-93 points, Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy

“Mid-bright crimson. Rich aroma of dark-red fruit – pure and not too sweet. Supple, smooth tannins, incredibly gentle. A wine that whispers its balance of fruit and delicate structure.” 16.5 pts., Julia Harding MW, jancisrobinson.com

Crimson magenta in colour with a suggestion of weight and majesty on the nose. No detail as yet. This clearly is a magnificent terroir. There is so much more to this, it seems to have a Côte de... Nuits profile. The oak is very well integrated, while there is a darker note to the fruit at the finish which is not at all sombre. A complete and classic wine.

"Old vines with a younger plot as well. Mid lemon yellow. The bouquet has a discreet distinction, more in minerals than flesh, one jar again. Tighter and more precise on the palate, with a light ripe citrus note added to the orchard fruit. In bottle. Drink from 2027-2030. Tasted Nov 2024." 91 pts., Jasper Morris, insideburgundy.com

Fresh and pretty on the nose with just a pleasant hint of bell pepper, along with floral aromatics. On the palate, this is soft and juicy with lovely character, beautifully crunchy and moreish -... "très digeste" according to Thibault's exceptionally knowledgeable assistant Marjolaine, which I would translate as extremely gluggable... Good volume on the mid-palate, more body and power than expected from the delicate nose, in fact. Really lovely. (Mr.Wheeler tasting note)

More citrus dominates on the nose, just a hint of lemon curd. On the palate superb balance between creamy texture, plenty of citrus, perhaps a hint of pineapple and some fennel. Extremely subtle.... Great line of acidity running through and on to the long finish which is
beautifully mineral. Gorgeous - very saline finish on the second tasting. (Mr.Wheeler tasting note)

On the palate very seductive texture, great mouthfill and moving from white peach and citrus to a very... saline, wet stone notes on the finish. Beautifully elegant on the back palate, clean finish to the ripe and creamy core – delicious. (Mr.Wheeler tasting note)
