2015 Chateau d’Armailhac 5eme Cru Classe, Pauillac 6x75cl

DE93
“This wine is definitely softening and taking on shape in the bottle. The juiciness is starting to appear and you can see why this is the most easily approachable of the Mouton stable when young.... Really enjoyable, delicately shaped but with the Pauillac signature of menthol and slate. 2% Petit Verdot completes the blend.” 93 pts., Jane Anson, decanter.com

2015 Chateau Gruaud Larose 2eme Cru Classe, Saint-Julien 6x75cl

DE94
“Excellent depth and complexity of fruit on the attack, with just a touch of austerity as it travels through the palate. After a few minutes, the fleshy fruit aromatics break though. This is elegant and balanced, a classic, old-school St-Julien. 80% new oak.” 94 pts., Jane Anson, decanter.com

2015 Chateau Lynch Bages 5eme Cru Classe, Pauillac 3x150cl

DE94
"This is a beautiful dark, rich purple colour, still with vivid en primeur edging. The nose is closed right now, and the tannins lend a certain austerity. After a few minutes, the loganberry and... blackberry notes come through, along with liquorice and fresh mint leaf. Although the tannins remain insistent, the light begins to filter in. This is an excellent Lynch-Bages which displays the solid masculine frame that has become more apparent over the past few years. It's clearly going to age extremely well. 75% new oak. one-third of the wine underwent malolactic in barrel.” 94 pts., Jane Anson, decanter.com

2014 Chateau Beychevelle 4eme Cru Classe, Saint-Julien 6x75cl

RP92
“The 2014 Beychevelle has a very comely, pure bouquet with heightened dark cherry, blackcurrant and wilted violet scents rendering it almost more Margaux-like than Saint Julien. The palate is... medium-bodied, svelte in texture with light tannin. It is a nimble Beychevelle, light on its feet with wonderful freshness and tension towards the finish. This is a very well-crafted wine from Philippe Blanc and his team, a St. Julien that is nimble on its toes.” 92 pts., Neal Martin, robertparker.com
