The 2021 Chorey-les-Beaune from Nathalie Tollot confirms once more why it has been a favourite of ours for many years now. Bursting out with lifted floral and summer fruit aromatics, this is bright... and perfumed pinot noir, offering succulent red berry and just a delicate hint of spice, all wrapped up in silky tannins.
