Anne and Hervé produced a wonderfully well-judged Chambolle Village cuvée - ripe with a silky, almost velvety texture provide the perfect background for the fleshy core of sweet raspberry fruit. Juicy and pretty, it has the perfect level of grip courtesy of the gentle tannic structure. Excellent.
