Ripe dark blackcurrant aromas on the nose with dark chocolate, plums and black cherries.... Deep, softly seductive. Hints of wild flowers and some saltiness. Ripe and clean, juicy but a calm and cool profile - blueberries and chalky cherries with a mineral bite on the finish. I like the texture, smooth and layered, not rich or plush but there’s a soft chew and just great energy. Harmonious. Ageing 40% amphora, 60% barrels, 30% new oak. 3.75pH. Tasted twice.
