2022 Chateau Chasse-Spleen, Moulis en Medoc 6x75cl

JA93
"Beautifully poised and well delivered black fruits here, and this is excellent quality, unusual spices of sweet cinnamon, vanilla bean, turmeric, gourmet edging, with depth and tannic grip. Great... stuff, flashes of heat, but a ton of personality, and serious architecture that promises to age well. 40% new oak barrels for ageing. Now contains part of the vines from newly-purchased Château Brillette, with good quality Cabernet Sauvignon from gravel terroir, in place as of this 2022 blend vintage." 93 pts, Jane Anson, www.janeanson.com

"The 2022 Sénéjac is one of the best wines that this northern Médoc cru Bourgeois has produced in the last decade or two. 2023 Chateau Tronquoy-Lalande, Saint-Estephe 6x75cl

NM93-95
“The 2023 Tronquoy-Lalande was picked September 6 to 26 and contains more Petit Verdot in the blend this year. It matured in one-third new oak plus some newly-introduced foudres and amphorae.... Blackberry and bilberry fruit surface the nose, plus a fresh punnet of strawberries. This is quite delightful and full of character. The palate is underpinned by fine acidity. Fresh and quite marine-influenced, this has a silky texture on the finish that lingers in the mouth, representing another superb Tronquoy from a rejuvenated estate.” 93-95 pts., Neal Martin, vinous.com

2023 Chateau Beaumont, Haut-Medoc 6x75cl

NM88-90
"The 2023 Beaumont has a generous bouquet with a mixture of blackberries, red plums and sous-bois. It's not as powerful as the previous vintage, but there is always a sense of "honesty' about this... Claret that I appreciate. The palate is medium-bodied with powdery tannins and fine acidity, quite smooth in texture, with a touch of savoriness on the finish. Enjoy it over six to eight years. 2021 Le Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild, Pauillac 6x75cl

DE92
"Beautifully fragrant strawberries and red cherries, just so perfumed and appealing, really a very lovely nose drawing you in. An excellent Petit Mouton in 2021; serious intensity here but also such... a liveliness as well as creaminess. It has weight and layers while having fruit intensity and a core of aromatics. There's a softness and delicacy in terms of the tannins and frame - beguiling - but a real base of concentrated blue, red and black fruits - strawberries, red cherries and blackcurrants. You get the stony tones and the clove on the finish but this feels round, expansive and approachable. It's uber glamorous, still with freshness and lift. A gorgeous wine with lots going on!" 92 pts., Georgina Hindle, decanter.com

2021 La Petite Eglise, Pomerol 6x75cl

DE91
"A dark, serious brooding nose full of black fruits, truffle, rose, violet and dark chocolate. The palate is different however giving succulent and lively red fruits - sweet/sour strawberries and red... cherries, so fresh and sincere, so perfectly presented with the bitter touches balanced against sweetness, racy acidity and fine tannins. An easy-to-like wine, with personality and style and just a feeling of pure joy about it! Not rich, heavy or opulent but taking the most joyous elements from the vintage and putting them the glass, still with structure and depth! Ageing in 70% new oak." 91 pts., Georgina Hindle, decanter.com

2022 Le Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild, Pauillac 6x75cl

"The 2022 Le Petit Mouton has an intense bouquet with violet infused cassis and blackberry fruit, just a faint touch of Medjool dates in the background. It opens extremely confidently in the glass.... The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins. Structured, granular in texture and multi-layered, it's quite difficult to recognize this as a mere Deuxieme Vin. Long on the aftertaste, this is an outstanding Le Petit Mouton". 92-94 points, Neal Martin, vinous

2025 Chateau Meyney, Saint-Estephe 6x75cl

NM93-95
"The 2025 Meyney was picked from 9 to 20 September at 43 hl/ha and matured in French oak for a planned 18 months. It has a bright nose with blackberry and bilberry fruit, cedar and light cigar box... scents in the background, all delivered with commendable delineation. The palate is well balanced with supple tannins, but there is plenty of structure here, very well judged acidity, well-integrated oak with a judicious dash of pepperiness and a floral aspect to the finish. The 14% Petit Verdot just lends a little more malleability to the texture and it should be absolutely delicious once in bottle. If this is released at a good price en primeur, as it has been in the past, then this could represent an astute buy." 93-95 pts., Neal Martin, vinous.com

2025 Chateau Beaumont Haut Medoc Cru Bourgeois 6x75cl

JA91NM90-92
“The 2025 Beaumont was cropped at just 25 hl/ha. It has a very lifted and perfumed, fruity nose that oddly reminds me of a low SO2 wine, and I don't mean that negatively (noted on second and third... sample bottles). There is very attractive purity. The palate is medium-bodied with fine but firm tannins, well-judged acidity and a light patina of new oak that will be absorbed with time. Very "pencil box", almost Pauillac-like on the finish. A couple of years in bottle and you will have a fine Beaumont on your hands. Lovely length on the aftertaste too! Just 12.9% alcohol.” 90-92 pts., Neal Martin, vinous.com

2025 Saintayme, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 6x75cl

"The 2025 Saintayme is a gorgeous Saint-Émilion from the Durantou sisters. This is the first year in which the blend is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc as opposed to the 100% Merlot of past years.... Intense red-toned fruit, flowers, citrus and spice—all Franc signatures—soar across the palate. The 2025 is vibrant and so expressive right out of the gate. It's a total delight. 2024 Chateau Tour Saint Christophe, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 6x75cl

AG90-92
"The 2024 Tour Saint Christophe is a very pretty, polished wine. Dark cherry, plum, new leather, mocha, incense and espresso build nicely, filling out the layers. Medium in body and pliant, with fine balance, Tour Saint Christophe is all charm. Attractive floral and spice notes brighten the finish." 90-92 pts., Antonio Galloni, vinous.com

2024 Chateau Berliquet Grand Cru Classe, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 6x75cl

WI93-95+
"Deep garnet-purple colored. Erupts from the glass with energetic notes of kirsch, red currant jelly, and strawberry preserves, opening out to reveal underlying nuances of violets, pencil shavings,... and wild thyme. The medium-bodied palate delivers great intensity and tension with vibrant red berry and savory layers supported by fine-grained tannins, finishing long and perfumed. Seriously good! 60% Merlot, 39% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec. This is the first vintage to use the new Malbec plantings and they are slowly increasing the % of Cabernet Franc until it gets up to about 50%. pH 3.37. Aging 16-18 months - 37% new oak and 22% amphorae." 93-95+, Lisa Perroti-Brown MW, The Wine Independent

“Deep garnet-purple in color. Pops from the glass with wonderfully fragrant notes of red roses, cardamom, and mossy tree bark, leading to a core of cassis and red currant jelly. The light-bodied... palate is energetic and shimmery, delivering fine-grained tannins and bold freshness, finishing long and minerally. 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot. 3.62 pH.” 93-95+ pts., Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW, The Wine Independent, May 2025

2024 Chateau Branaire-Ducru 4eme Cru Classe, Saint-Julien 6x75cl

NM90-92
"The 2024 Branaire Ducru was cropped at a respectable 41.5 hl/ha between September 20 and October 9. It has a delightful bouquet with pure blackberry, blueberry and light violet scents percolating... through with time. There's just a touch of iodine in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, pretty black fruit laced with cassis and touches of white pepper. There is an elegant framework on the finish so that this Saint-Julien slips down the throat with ease, as I am sure it will once in bottle. Whilst this does not reach the heights of the 2022, this is destined to be a very delicious Branaire Ducru. Drink: 2028-2048" 90-93 pts., Neal Martin, vinous.com

2023 Chateau de Fieuzal Cru Classe, Pessac-Leognan 6x75cl

WA94-96
"The 2023 Fieuzal reveals a bright, perfumed bouquet of mulberries and cherries mingled with floral accents of violets, lilac and spring flowers. Medium to full-bodied, layered and textural, it’s... pure and seamless, with a fleshy core of fruit, bright acids and powdery, ultra-refined tannins, concluding with a mineral, penetrating finish. This blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot stands out in this challenging vintage for gravelly, sandy terroirs. Under the adept guidance of Stephen Carrier, the estate—positioned on the border of the Pessac-Léognan appellation—has hit new heights in recent years." 94-96 pts., Yohan Castaing, robertparker.com

"...It has a vibrant nose with black cherries, bilberry and perhaps more floral scents than I have encountered apropos previous vintages. 2022 Chateau Marsau, Francs-Cotes de Bordeaux 6x75cl

WA92-94
"Lovely dark fruity fragrance with perfumed floral aromas on the nose, smells expressive and open. Smooth and supple, a lovely combination of tension, mouthwatering acidity and fruitiness here, such... sleek texture with definition and soft juiciness. The tannins have grip and purpose with a softly fleshy and mineral sensation - liquorice, wet stone and graphite - giving a wide and interesting expansion on the palate. Feels cool and controlled, serious and focussed, with balance, still with concentration and power and grip. Feels very classy on the palate." 94 pts., Georgina Hindle, decanter.com
